Like most of my fellow Canadians I’ve been itching to get back out into the garden this month. But after months away (our first snow fall here happened in October) it’s important to think about injury-prevention for gardeners.

The students who come to my classes regularly are very familiar with Yoga Tune Up® and the work of Jill Miller. Since finally getting my Level One Certification almost two years ago I’ve been benefiting from ongoing education with this group of dedicated and innovative movement connoisseurs.
