Are your shoulders and neck chronically tight? Feeling stressed?
This workshop is designed to unwind chronic holding patterns, improve body awareness and tackle chronic tightness by integrating practices from multiple disciplines. We’ll use a combination of traditional yoga, activity analysis, myofascial release, targeted exercises and breathing to help you move from blah to aahhhh 🙂
