Yoga for Eagles Episode Two: Lower Body Intensive

Free up your leg muscles, and build body awareness so that you can work on correcting asymmetries and alignment issues. In this two-hour workshop we’ll focus on yogic techniques for lengthening, strengthening and balancing the muscles of the low back, hips, thighs and calves. We’ll use a combination of stretching, strengthening and myofascial release (using the Yoga Tune-Up therapy balls).

Please bring a yoga mat, your Tune-Up balls (if you don’t have them I have them available for purchase*), a yoga block (if you have one—I will be bringing some along), and a large towel.

Enrollment is limited so please register early to avoid disappointment.

*The Yoga Tune-Up balls are $20.00 (thanks to the low Canadian dollar). However, what they can save you in massage costs mean they’re actually quite a bargain.
