This eight-week long mindfulness program will provide an opportunity for both novice and experienced meditators to practice together in a supportive environment. You will learn how to build steadiness, how to ease into your practice, and how to work with resistance. Reconnect with your inner wisdom and learn some traditional methods for cultivating compassion for yourself and others.
