At Jackson Yoga we embrace the different ways of becoming more self-aware and more engaged with the world.

We celebrate the desire to stop living our lives on autopilot and develop present moment awareness. We explore new patterns of movement and learn to take joy in the bodies we have now. We breathe and relax and connect with our creativity.
